Advanced Reservations:
We strongly suggest securing appointments in advance. We operate on a first come first serve basis.
Age:
In order to provide treatments for clients under 18 years of age, we require a release form signed by a parent or guardian. Our fitness center is limited to those of 16 years or older.
Apparel:
You may wear whatever is most comfortable for you during your treatments. We recommend that you leave jewelry and valuables in your room safe. You may wish to bring sandals and personal care items for use after your treatment.
Arrival:
Please check in at the reception 5 minutes prior to your service. This allows time to complete information forms, and to relax in preparation for your service.
Etiquette:
Please leave pagers, radios, cell phones and electronic devices off to preserve the tranquility of the spa experience. The spa is a non-smoking facility and alcohol is prohibited.
Cancellations or Late Arrivals:
The courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. A late arrival may require us to shorten the length of treatment, with full charges applied.
Gratuities:
If you choose, you may offer gratuities directly to your treatment provider; it is preferable to give them cash.
Spa Treatment Hours:
The spa opens at 9:00 am and closes at 6:00 pm
Special Consideration:
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any other medical concerns are advised to consult a doctor prior to signing up for spa services. Please make your spa therapist aware of any medical conditions.
Payment:
The spa is not part of the all-inclusive package. We accept $US (US dollars), $RD (Dominican pesos), $Euros and all major credit cards, room charge. All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
